Create a buzz.

Your giveaway or gimmick doesn't have to be expensive, big or elaborate. Samples of your own product given away at intervals during the show are ideal. Novelty items such as key chains, pencils or pads of paper with your company and product name can be extremely effective. Sometimes something as simple as a large bowl of bite-sized chocolates or hard candies is enough to lure people to you booth.
