Building Customer Relations

Reach out to your customers. Movie tickets, music or ringtone downloads, photo prints, or phone cards are not only useful but will attract every demographic.  Use these products to capture information from your target audience and track the effectiveness of your promotion.  If you don't know who your customers are, you can't stay in touch with them.  Always make the effort to gather names and contact information any way you can!

Stay in touch with your customers.  If possible, call your customers.  Sometimes just asking for repeat business will do the trick.

Make sure customer service is your top priority.  You only get one chance to make a first impression.  There is no substitute for the brand experience and if it’s not well received, often times you won’t get a second chance.  If you can't follow through on claims of on time delivery or guaranteed satisfaction, you’ll soon find yourself fighting a losing battle.
